Jolie & Co Gift Card Policy

1. Redemption:  
   - Gift cards are redeemable online at Jolie & Co's website or in person. 
   - They can be used to purchase any product available on our site.  

2. Validity & Expiration:
   - Gift cards expire one year from purchase date. 
   - No fees apply to gift cards.  

3. Returns & Refunds:
   - Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  
   - Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged or returned according to our standard return policy. Refunds for returns will be issued as store credit.  

4. Lost or Stolen Cards:
   - Jolie & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.  

5. Balance Inquiry:
   - To check your gift card balance, please contact our customer service team.  

6. Promotions & Discounts:
   - Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.  
   - Discounts and promotions do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
